Chinese Pinyin localization mode. Full translation (last update 0.14.4).

To enable this mod:
1) Press "Subscribe" button
2) Launch the game
3) Open Mod menu
4) Enable Chinese Pinyin mod
5) Close mod menu and open settings
6) Change language to Pinyin and press Apply
