Replace NPCs head and skin texture with their better looking version from PS4.

A lot of NPCs have that sickly look to them. I went ahead and fixed that. The file is quite big because 1000+ textures have been restored.
The textures are from the PS4 version, which are much better looking than the PS5/PC version in my opinion.
To install, place the .pak file into "FFVIIRemakeIntergrade/End/Content/Paks/~mods"
Create the "~mods" folder if necessary.
