On May 17th the developers of HuniePop, Mutiny!!, Karmasutra, and many other games were sent messages from Valve that they must censor the nudity and sexual content in their games or they will be removed from the Steam store in two weeks time. These are games Valve approved and many have been sold on Steam for years without any complaints from Valve.

     This is an unacceptable attack on free expression and free enterprise. These developers are small and cannot afford legal teams to fight for their rights. Only public pressure can force Valve to back down and reverse this discriminatory new policy that was given to developers without explanation or warning. All of them are still waiting for clarification from Valve. We demand Valve explain this decision and respect their customer's rights to buy the games we want and decide for ourselves what content we want in a game.
